Hello,
It has been three weeks since the purchase of your project - I am really excited to share with you my construction progress.
Warprints Hetzer seems to be great project, easy to print, with tons of details and good hull ergonomics. At some point I intend to design an electonics box, with access via original hatches.
At this point I have done probably 98% of printing - bigger parts are made of PETG, smaller parts and tracks are (/will be) printed on DLP printer.
Work in progress:

I am still waiting for motors delivery and this is the only factor blocking me for now.
Greetings from Poland.

I'm glad you're happy with the model.
I wish you many happy kilometres.
Yes. The motors are perhaps the only part that has to be ordered from China and you have to wait.
Your print looks very high quality. The workshop equipment is also very decent.
You will enjoy my future 1/6 models very much with that kind of equipment.
How are you happy with the Elegoo Neptune 3 Max?
I was deciding between the N3M and the Anucybic Kobra Max when I bought my new printer.
In the end, the Kobra Max won, but I'm still very curious about the Elegoo.
What did you print the tracks from?Is that Siraya Blu (black)?
I'm also curious about the pins in the tracks. What did you use?
Really interesting build.

In fact I didn't use Neptune 3 Max a lot - this was my first print on this printer and it did a good job without any extra tuning (except the improvised screw as a cable counterweight...).
A few days ago I replaced Chiron with second Neptune Max.
Tracks are printed with Anycubic resin - mix of "Pro" and "Tough".
As far as pins are concerned there is a great of-the-shelf solution - copper plated 50x2mm pins used at car workshops.
I am not sure how it is called in english. Maybe spotter pins or spotter nails:

Or on Aliexpress, but quality seems to be worse:

I heard that you are preparing 1:6 Cromwell

Yes, Cromwell will be released within few days.
Sorry for answering only now.
I've been busy, but I'll try to devote more time to the forum in the future.
Where did the pictures and the Polish forum disappear to?Does it no longer exist?
And how did Hetzer turn out in the end?
And thank you for the tip about track pins.
I've included it in a thread dedicated to track pins for 1/6 scale.

Hi, I'm still here... And rctank.pl is onlie, I have no idea why photos disappeared.
Here is the link to my thread - http://rctank.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?f= ... r&start=20
Hetzer is painted, I installed electronics, made a few "tweaks"... and somehow I failed to make it running on my elmod board

It looks great.Congratulations on the completion.
Surface finish on the "saukopf" looks very good.
What specifically isn't working for you on Elmod?
What version of Elmod are you using?

I have no idea what happend with my steering board In short - it stopped responding to receiver signals when I attempted turning on grass.
All the components I used are fine (receiver, servos, battery, even two external ESCs...) except elmod And funny thing is that I can connect it to a PC, change settings, flash it, observe reactions to receiver signals on the screen,
I run out of ideas what might be wrong, probably I will have to contact Thomas.

Hi.
Sorry to hear about your problems with Elmod.
It was solved somehow?
Do you have contacted Thomas?

No, I have attention span of a sparrow- I focused on Cromwell
BTW - you don't have the section for 1/6 Cromwell yet. I posted my thread directly in "Show off".
