Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer – scale 1/6 – 3D Printing license

By purchasing this license, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Overview

This 3D Printing License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Warprints (“Licensor”) and the purchaser of this license (“Licensee”). By purchasing this license, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below. This Agreement grants the Licensee the right to 3D print and use specific items (“3D Printing Kits”) as detailed by the Licensor. The actual 3D printing kits are provided by a third-party company (“Third-Party Manufacturer”), but the Licensee must purchase this license from Warprints before printing the kits.

2. Grant of License

2.1 Warprints grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to print the specified 3D Printing Kits for personal use, under the terms defined herein.

2.2 This license is for personal use only. Licensee may not use the 3D Printing Kits for any commercial purpose unless explicitly authorized by Warprints in writing.

2.3 Licensee may print one (1) unit of the licensed design for personal use. Additional units will require the purchase of additional licenses from Warprints.

3. Restrictions on Use

3.1 Licensee shall not modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the 3D Printing Kits or their designs in any form, including but not limited to digital or physical copies, without explicit written consent from Warprints.

3.2 Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source files of the designs related to the 3D Printing Kits.

3.3 The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the use of the 3D Printing Kits complies with all local laws and regulations.

4. Ownership

4.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the 3D Printing Kits remain the exclusive property of Warprints or its licensors.

4.2 The Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing this license, only a right to use the 3D Printing Kits as outlined in this Agreement.

5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Warprints provides the 3D Printing Kits and licenses on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

5.2 Warprints shall not be liable for any errors in the 3D Printing Kits, including any defects, damages, or other issues resulting from the printing or use of the kits.

5.3 Warprints is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of the 3D Printing Kits produced by the Third-Party Manufacturer. The Licensee acknowledges that Warprints solely provides the license to print the 3D Printing Kits, and any issues related to the Third-Party Manufacturer’s products (including but not limited to non-delivery, delayed delivery, or defects in the kits) are the sole responsibility of the Third-Party Manufacturer.

6. Term

6.1 This license is perpetual and irrevocable, but limited to the production of one (1) unit of the specified 3D Printing Kit. The Licensee’s right to produce this one unit will continue indefinitely, provided the Licensee complies with the terms of this Agreement.

6.2 Warprints may not terminate this license once it has been purchased, except for violations of the terms outlined in Section 3 (Restrictions on Use). Once the Licensee has printed one unit of the 3D Printing Kit, the Licensee is no longer authorized to produce additional units unless a new license is purchased.

7. Indemnification

7.1 The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Warprints from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of the Licensee’s use of the 3D Printing Kits.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warprints’ liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the license.

8.2 In no event shall Warprints be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the 3D Printing Kits, including any issues caused by the Third-Party Manufacturer.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary,
without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Warprints and the Licensee regarding the use of the 3D Printing Kits. Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
