As long as you have filled in the necessary details including the password right after creating the account, you can ignore the mail.

When will I get the track pins?
You will receive the belt pins in approximately one month.We send them in an untracked envelope.
How much is the shipping cost?
After you add the item to your cart, just select the country.Then the system will display the shipping options and prices.
What does "basic HW package" mean?
It is a package of basic hardware which includes screws, bearings, servos, motors and all metal parts of the drivetrain.
The exact contents of the basic HW package can be seen in the description of each kit in the table at the bottom of the page.
I would like to order a different model to the one on offer - I would like a customised 3D model.
Unfortunately, we are not involved in the production of custom 3D models due to time constraints.
We only offer models that are on the shop.
I would like a model that is in the shop, but in a different configuration/colour.
We can customize the models according to the requirements.

Unfortunately, some variants are unavailable and so it is not possible to purchase certain STL files.
